The framing of Venezuela throgh historical lens of U.S. interventionism is crucial context most mainstream coverage ignores. What really stuck with me was the point about exported white supremacy across the Americas, something that doesn't get nearly enough attention in foreign policy discussions. I've watched alot of coverage on this and the pattern of treating regime change as either purely humanitarian or purely imperialist misses the messy reality where both dynamics exist simultaneously.
